Through various fundraising activities and the generosity of the Scott AFB Consignor Thrift Shop, the Scott Spouses' Club is able to distribute charitable giving donations throughout the board year.  Any organization serving the Scott AFB population may request assistance from the Scott Spouses' Club.

The Charitable Committee reviews and researches all donation requests prior to the presentation to the Board of Governors for a vote.  All requests must be submitted in writing utilizing the Scott Spouses' Club form outlining the amount, purpose, and need-by date of the request.

Requests must be received no later than the 20th of the month to be considered at the next Governing Board meeting.

Requests will be reviewed September-Early May. Any requests received over the summer months will be tabled until September.*

 

*Please note that the majority of our Charitable funds are available between January and May.
